Classes and workshops are suitable for different levels of sewing skills and fashion design or costume history knowledge: from beginner to advanced.
They can be both practical and theoretical or exclusively theoretical: the former take place in the laboratory, the latter are also available via video call.
Practical/sewing classes and workshops are exclusively one-to-one.
Corsets and costume history workshops- 2025:
- 1600 - 1630 Stays : workshop at Elaine's Couture studio, 25-26-27-28 April
- Italian fashion in the 15th century : workshop online , 24 May
-1820-1830 fashion in the palaces and streets of Florence and Rome: workshop online, 14 June
Weekly classes available from January to June and from September to December:
- Fashion design / costume design
- Historical patternmaking and tailoring (XV - XVIII secolo)
- Modern patternmaking and tailoring beginners / advanced
- Tutoring for academic or university exams about fashion and/or costume design
Weekly classes are scheduled and personalized lessons based on your level of knowledge of the subject, diverse training needs or your passions, as well as the objective you intend to achieve.
