All Elaine's Couture garments and accessories are shipped from Italy.

The shipment is tracked and insured; for orders over 100 euro the courier will require a direct or adult signature to deliver the package.

 

Otherwise orders can be picked up at the studio, upon appointment.


Prices and delivery time changes according to the country/city of delivery.
For Europe and USA, once the order is complete, the shipping time goes from 1 to 3 working days.

Customs charges/fees, local taxes or any other taxes (depending on the laws in force in the country of destination of the package) are never included in the shipping price or in the final price of your order and are always charged to the customer and are to be covered by the customer at delivery.


Elaine's Couture is not required to remember or indicate the fulfillment or amount of customs and tax obligations.
Any charges or refund requests will not be accepted: it is recommended to check the national legislation regarding charges and taxes before making the purchase.

 

Before shipping, each order is subject to video-photography to prove its integrity, compliance with the description and/or custom requests and the absence of defects.

Once the package has been handed over to the courier or to the service point, the integrity of the package and its contents is no longer the responsibility of Elaine's Couture: any damage or loss caused by the courier will not be refunded by Elaine's Couture. 
 

Any refunds will be possible only for insured shipments and will depend exclusively on the policy applied by the shipping company.

Elaine's Couture will notify the customer via email of any delays or attempts to deliver the package; the customer is required to respond within 24 hours. 

 

If the customer changes the delivery address after the purchase or while the package is in transit or has provided Elaine's Couture with an incorrect and/or incomplete address, the customer will be charged for the change and the new delivery.

Any problems (damaged or open package) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. After this time, Elaine's Couture will not be able to assist the customer in requesting a refund from the courier.

 

Even if Elaine's Couture receives confirmation of delivery from the courier, the customer is requested to send a confirmation via email or message.

Please note: The courier used for Europe and America is DHLexpress. Shipments to areas which are considered remote (=far from one of DHL's centre/hub) can be partially carried out by local couriers affiliated with DHL. Under no circumstances is it possible for Elaine's Couture to choose any third parties involved in the delivery, but  in any case the package will continue to be tracked and insured.
