All Elaine's Couture garments and accessories are shipped from Italy.

Shipments are tracked, insured, and shipped via courier and/or logistics services. Customers can choose from multiple options, with the exception of certain destinations/countries.

Orders can be also picked up at Elaine's Couture studio (situated near Florence, Italy) upon appointment.

Prices and delivery time changes according to the country/city of delivery and the courier service chosen.

For Europe , once the order is complete, the shipping time usually goes from 1 to 5 business days.

For the USA and Canada, once the order is complete, the shipping time usualy goes from 2 to 7 business days.

For Australia, once the order is complete, the shipping time goes usually from 4 to 10 business days.

Any customs clearance operations, strikes or extreme weather events may cause unpredictable and unquantifiable delays.

Customs charges/fees, local taxes or any other taxes (depending on the laws in force in the country of destination of the package) are never included in the shipping price or in the final price of your order and are always charged to the customer and are to be covered by the customer at delivery.


Elaine's Couture is not required to remember or indicate the fulfillment or amount of customs and tax obligations.
Any charges or refund requests will not be accepted: it is recommended to check the national legislation regarding charges and taxes before making the purchase.

 

Before shipping, each order is subject to video-photography to prove its integrity, absence of defects, compliance with the description and/or custom requests.

Once the package has been handed over to the courier or the service point or logistics service, the integrity of the package and its contents is no longer under the responsibility of Elaine's Couture: any damage or loss caused by the courier will not be refunded by Elaine's Couture. Any refunds will be possible only for insured shipments and will depend exclusively on the policy applied by the shipping company.

Any issues with the shipment (damaged, opened, or lost packages) must be reported within 24 hours of delivery: Elaine's Couture can only provide direct assistance for shipments made via DHL express.

Elaine's Couture will notify the customer via email of any delays or attempts to deliver the package, the customer is required to respond within 24 hours: please remember to always provide a valid email address and a telephone number where the courier can contact you.​

If the customer changes the delivery address after the purchase or while the package is in transit or has provided Elaine's Couture with an incorrect and/or incomplete address, the customer will be charged for the cost of the shipping address change and the new delivery.

If you have chosen a "signature on delivery" shipment, the courier will require a signature from the customer or a designated adult.

The customer is required to send an e-mail or message confirming delivery and the integrity of the order: a feedback on your purchase is always appreciated.

N.B.: Shipments to areas deemed remote by the courier (= far from residential areas or the courier's hub) can be partially carried out by affiliated local couriers. Under no circumstances can Elaine's Couture choose any third parties involved in the delivery, but please note that in any case, the package will continue to be tracked and insured.
