Bespoke shift (or chemise), suitable for 1770-1780 or late 18th century.
The shift is made of pure linen and all the finishing, inside and outside, are hand-sewn.
The neckline is adjustable with a drawstring: the whipped eyelets, two at center front and two and the center back of the neckline, are hidden inside and made with silk thread (it's possible to request them in faux silk too).
This shift reaches below the knees and the two gores on the sides give the chemise extra fullness.
The sleeves stop before the elbow to better suit the shape of the gown's sleeves of the period and each have a gusset under the arms.
 
The chemise will be made in white linen like the one in pictures: send a message before purchase if you want/prefer a different color.
Also any design/fabric change and/or any addition of decorative details must be requested before purchase and involve a variation in costs.

Measurements:
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a list of the measurements that will be needed to make your bespoke garment/ garments plus a diagram / tutorial that will show you how to correctly take those measurements.

Processing time:
After the purchase, the fabric selection and receiving your measurements it takes about 25 / 30 business days for the shift to be completed.
Your bespoke order will take part of a production cycle in which other garments and accessories are created. For this reason it's recommended to order your corset in advance of your event/historical re-enactment/wedding date because not always it will be possible to speed your custom order. 

Shipping:
This shift will be shipped via courier.
Shipping is tracked and insured: depending on which service you chose at check-out, the courier could request a direct signature to deliver the package.
For non EU countries: custom charges are not included in the shipping or item price. Customs charges are to be covered by the customer at delivery.

Please notre: due to current shipping costs it is advisable to pair this shift with the purchase of a petticoat or corset or false rump, see combined shipping below.
