Terms of purchase and shop policies for payment plans:

​It's possible to request a payment plan for orders equal to or above 400 €.

If this service is requested, the number of installments and the dates by which payments must be made will be agreed with the Customer.

For orders from 400 to 1000 euro the amount of the installment cannot be less than 200 euro.

For order from 1001 to 2000 euro the amount of the installment cannot be less than 25% of the total.

For orders from 2001 a 3000 euro the amount of the installment cannot be less than 20% of the total.
For orders over 3000 euro the amount of the installment cannot be less than 18% of the total.

Each installment can be paid via a private listing on the shop.

If the payment plan extends for more than 3 months, the shipping price of the garment(s) will be calculated separately due to frequent changes in courier rates (fuel surcharge, etc.).

Postponing the payment of an installment is only possible in some exceptional cases. It must be communicated in advance by email or certified e-mail and it must be approved by Elaine's Couture..

 

The order will start being processed only when 75% of the total has been paid: the order will not be completed before it has been fully paid for.
Please note: according to the payment plan, the shipping costs must also be paid before delivery.
 

Late payment penalty:

• from 1 to 6 days: possible postponement of the delivery of the item(s)

• from 7 to 14 days: postponement of the delivery of the item(s) by a number of working days equal to the payment delay and application of a penalty equal to 10% of the installment amount

• 15 days or more: automatic cancellation of the order.

Deposits and installments are not refundable under any circumstances 

The materials/supplies purchased from Elaine's Couture in relation to the order, the research, the mood boards, the sketches, the patterns created, the embroidery studies and tests, the mock-ups, the accessories and the garments (partially or completely made) will not be shipped or delivered or refunded under any circumstances.

 

The order canceled due to a delay of 15 days or more in the payment of the installment can be reactivated upon Customer's request. The request must be sent via email within 3 months of the order's cancellation and expressly accepted by E.C.; the order will be reactivated only after the payment of the installment plus a penalty of 15% of the total cost of the order.

The payment of the deposit / installment implies the full acceptance of these terms.
